Beyond his federal career, Jim co-founded the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, honoring his fallen West Point classmate, Colonel John M. McHugh. Since 2015, the fund has raised over $50 million to support the educational needs of military families, leaving a lasting impact on the lives of those who have sacrificed for the nation.

Jim is the founder and operator of J3 Global, a premier security and investigative solutions firm, where he continues his mission to safeguard individuals and corporations. He also serves as a subject matter expert and digital personality with EverydaySpy, collaborating with friend and former CIA officer Andrew Bustamante on high-level intelligence and security initiatives. His entrepreneurial success includes building and successfully exiting a thriving Jersey Mike’s franchise, reflecting his ability to lead across multiple industries.

Jim resides in New Jersey and values his role as a father to his married children and as a Poppy to his grandsons. His life partner, Kristen, a dedicated medical professional, shares his commitment to family and service.
